Alcohol Server and Seller Training

Our course will train you and your employees on the specifics of Connecticut laws and regulations, including how to prevent sales to minors by examining identification cards visually as well as using black lights and scan devices, age statement forms, age verification, transaction scan devices, how to prevent sales to intoxicated persons, definition of a “drink”, volume of consumption, intervention techniques, drink promotions and other legal prohibitions involved when serving alcohol.
