Mary Ellen Gillon was the face of Liquor Control to thousands of liquor permittees, who worked with her during her 20 years as a paralegal working for the Liquor Control Commission.
Working hand in glove with the Commission, Mary Ellen reviewed liquor control agents' reports, worked with commission attorneys to resolve cases, and negotiated settlements with licensees. Since retiring, Mary Ellen has co-authored with Attorney Farrell the course materials for our Seller and Server Training course. Now, she is putting her many years of experience to use by helping clients obtain liquor permits for a variety of businesses including, breweries, distilleries, boats and clubs, as well as restaurants and package stores . Mary Ellen graduated from Bryant University in Rhode Island and received her paralegal certificate from UConn.
